Incorrect item received
The Delivery Took almost Two Weeks.
To My suprise the item in the box is the descriped shoes ive order but not in the colour scheme i've ordered. The only option is to return them and get a full refund . and Reorder . Thus only 3 stars.
Bristol, Cribbs Causeway store poor approach
Bristol Cribbs Causeway store manager's approach toward customers and colleagues appears to be in need of improvement. £100 shoes caused injury to both heels, manager acknowledged problem and offered gift voucher, rather than requested credit card refund. Timberland Head office then agreed refund but store manager had briefed staff to decline (on her day off). Problem solved after another embarrassing exchange of views in front of other customers.

Brighton store inaccessible for wheelchair users
I visited the Brighton Timberland store today with my husband who is in a powered wheelchair. There is a step up to the door to get in so I was going to bring shoes to the door to show my husband when a member of staff offered to get a ramp out. She brought out a flimsy looking folding metal ramp that had no way of holding it in place on the door step and the member of staff didn't know which way round it was supposed to go. We attempted to use it the most sensible way round and it then buckled under the weight of the wheelchair and fell off the step. We decided to go elsewhere. We do not expect to be able to gain access to all shops and buildings in Brighton as we fully understand that some buildings are listed and can't make adaptations and some are just too small, but if companies are going to provide access for disabled customers they need to make sure anything they provide is fit for purpose (a powered wheelchair weighs around 150 kilos and a good ramp will specify a weight tolerance - my husband only weighs about 9 stone by the way). Members of staff should be trained to use them properly and managers should ensure that this happens. It's not good enough to make a token gesture to appear to be 'accessible to all'. I am leaving this review hopefully as informative and educational rather than as a complaint against the member of staff involved.

Great service received. Ordered on a Saturday and trainers received on the Tuesday. Good communication and product in great condition. No complaints at all.

Disgusting Customer Service
Absolutely disgusting Customer Service! Ordered a pair of sandals online, took days to arrive, when they finally did they were far too small (I’m a 6, these were definitely more like a 5.5) returned straight away and heard nothing more. Contacted Timberland Customer Service who advised they have not received the return, even though tracking states they have, and they have refused to refund. Have contacted Citizens Advice who have issued me a letter which I have forward to Timberland, who are now ignoring my emails!!!! £110 they have basically stolen from me!!!!

Bad experience about the product quality and customer understandings
Bad experience, they are just the way they are can’t do any compensation or rewards for the damaged item only they do the refund on return. So there is no value of customers time and effort…

Poor quality boots that do not justify…
Poor quality boots that do not justify their expense and a company that simply ignores negative reviews on TP and does not publish them (or, even, contact the customer (email address, customer number and verified purchases)). 1 star as it's not possible to award less.
No order confirmation but money is taken
I ordered from this website in 2019. They already booked the order through my bank account, but I have not seen any confirmation email, also in my "order" I did not see any order taken. I didn't look at the customer review back then and instantly regretted it. Fortunately, I could call my bank and ask them to cancel the booking process.
The brand is nice and they have good shoes, but please buy it directly on their store or from other website!

Absolutely terrible customer service at…
Absolutely terrible customer service at Oxford Westgate. I bought sandals in london and wore them for less than 20 minutes in Oxford. They caused terribly painful blisters on my both feet. I called the store in Oxford, explained the situation in detail and they said they would offer a refund. This afternoon I had a very unpleasant 25 minutes with the manager and assistant. No refund as they said they did not hear on the phone I wore them outside. Horrible place. Trust the two stars they have here and avoid

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Never again. Ordered two coats and wanted to return one. Emailed customer service about 10 times to request a return label and they just sent blanket emails back every time. Finally was able to return the item and have waited over 3 weeks for a refund. Absolutely shameful and even more disgusting given the price of the items.

Ordered some boots 23:51 26/04
Spoke to customer services 10:30 27/04 after noticing incorrect address, was told because it was a complete address change they couldn’t change the shipping address to match the billing address they would recall the good to warehouse and issue a refund.
Fast forward 24 hours the shipped notice followed by a delivery to the incorrect address ..
Over a week later as I write I am still trying to get a refund while Timberland suggest I should travel to the incorrect address to speak to the house occupier.
And still no reply from anyone other than the original customer services person with more fobbing off ..

Avoid at all costs.. seriously.
This negative review is the result of Timberlands inability to engage or empathise with their customers. 1. Ordered a nice looking pair of leather boots online. 2 Boots delivered, one was clearly a different grade leather from the other, one was firm and new looking, the other was a slightly different shade, more supple and kind of wrinkled. Sub standard and should never have been sent out, it just wastes customers time. 3. phoned a store to get some advice.. apathy doesn't really cover it, not their problem I admit but.. engage with customers for goodness sake. 4. Arranged a return/collection online, chose the return day, arranged for daughter to stay indoors all day.. Yodel never showed up, no explanation, just didn't bother. Tracking clearly showed the date of collection. 5. All 'customer care' is outsourced, no apologies, didn't really understand to be honest. I abandoned one call because the guy was struggling to explain anything.
So.. quality product? not in my experience. Quality after sales care? hardly. (that's why I have had to resort to Trustpilot in the hope of actually being heard) As for Yodels involvement... painful. Oh, the latest is that Yodel will 'attempt' collection and no commitment as to which day! Timberland.. quality brand? I'll let you decide.

Wish I had read the reviews. No problems with some boots I bought six months ago on line. Came back for some shoes a week ago. On 3-5 day delivery. Came next day. Wow! until opened to find two random shoes, each different styles/colours and sizes. Neither were the shoe ordered. Booked a return but nobody collected on the appointed day. Had a couple of days getting autoreply from customer services. If and when I do resolve this, I dont think I'll be reordering.

I bought some shoes from the Nottingham shop on 26 April. I have difficult feet, and the manager who served me was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. It made the difference between a very difficult experience and a very easy one.

Shocking Service. Tantamount to Theft.
I placed an order for three items of footwear. Only one of the three items arrived. Customer services have been terrible to deal with and have refused to issue a refund or send out the missing items.
Regrettably, I have had to issue legal proceedings in the County Court to recover the money that they have taken from me which is tantamount to theft.
